Applicant must be well rounded with an ability to estimate, manage and sell the work. They should also possess some, if not all, of the below qualifications.

• At least 5years commercial construction experience.
• Established client contacts and references that will speak positive of applicant’s abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from estimate phase to close-out.
• Must have prior estimating experience. On-Center Software knowledge a plus.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project.
• Must be proficient in reading and understanding blue prints.
